Weather, service time, location, patient condition (such as dementia, obesity, etc.) may also affect the rate due
to the need of extra staff to assist for the safety of patient and driver.
Same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the quoted price.
No-show (if driver arrives at the pick-up location without cancellation) will be charged the full amount.
